Welcome to the SHS’s Learning Journey Programme! Day 5

Activity 1: To create a short story about what happened after the tour left without me.

I was terrified when I figured out I was in a forest ALONE! So I looked high and low to see if I could find the rest of the group then suddenly… A giant weka jumped out at me from nowhere. I thought It was a dream until it bit me with it’s big beak. Then suddenly a real weka jumped out and scared me yet again. Then My brother popped out of the first weka and turns out he was dressed as a weka just to scare me. Then he helped me find my tour but… They were just getting in the bus to go back home yay. THE END

Activity 2: To learn about a famous New Zealander and create a DLO (Digital Learning Object) about him/her.

Bonus Activity: Is to go around the Otago rail trail and say whether we would do it again or not.

I would do It again because there is a lot of fresh air at the trail.

I think Fishing in farwell spit should be stopped / banned because hector dolfins are a native NZ (New Zealand) animal. They are also one of the smallest dolfins in the worls at only 1.5 meaters (thats small). They are also very rare because there are not many of this sepcies  because of fishers.
