SCIENCE!!! YAY!!

This term we have been doing science and this time we  were mixing two reactants to create a product and writing our hypothesis before we  did our experiment and writing what happened after the experiment.

What do you think will happen?
I think that when we mix the two Reactants they are going to fizz up and
create a chemical reaction making foam and gas the gas will force
the cork to fly out and the foam may over flow.

Reactants
Vinegar, Baking soda.
Product
Gas, Foam.
Chemical Reaction
When we mixed the two Reactants they fizzed up
and created a chemical reaction making foam
and gas the gas forced the cork to fly out and t
he foam over flowed.

Was your hypothesis right/ wrong? Why?
My hypothesis was right because I have done this before except without the cork
and the no mater what the cork had to shot out because the cork was the weakest
point and the gas was far to contained because there were no other holes.
